Concept 01

Diving

A core skill to learn, we’ll teach children how to dive and the correct landing posture to both avoid injuries and keep the ball in their hands.

A goalie should truly learn how to dive, training even simple concepts such as best way to land and posture to cover the largest amount of space and block the shooter.

Punting

Goalkeeper drills also include punting, since the goalie must learn the proper techniques to handle the ball with the feet.

Speed
